Ce moment a eu lieu de mani\u00e8re plut\u00f4t brutale, lorsque je travaillais pour une banque d\u2019investissement \u00e0 Londres. J\u2019arrivais de ma Suisse natale et j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert avec surprise et surtout plaisir le monde de la City, sa vitesse, son buzz, son rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9, ses horaires pratiquement continus, et surtout sa force de travail en mouvement constant. A Londres on ne marche pas dans les rues, on court.<\/p><p>La banque pour laquelle je travaillais se trouvait sur Fleet Street, sur la m\u00eame rue que toutes les autres banques et organisations qui vivaient et op\u00e9raient au m\u00eame rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 fascin\u00e9e par ce monde tellement diff\u00e9rent de celui d\u2019o\u00f9 je venais. Je trouvais si innovant et pratique d\u2019avoir sur son lieu de travail un fitness, plusieurs caf\u00e9t\u00e9rias ouvertes presque 24h\/24, une cr\u00e8che, un coiffeur, un dentiste, un fleuriste. Je vous rappelle qu\u2019on est en 2005 et qu\u2019en Suisse rien de tout cela n\u2019existait. Puis un jour, tout bascule. Un employ\u00e9 d\u2019une banque concurrente enjambe la balustrade et se jette dans l\u2019atrium en plein jour. Trop de pression, trop d\u2019heures pass\u00e9es au bureau, trop de projets, trop d\u2019attente de performance, trop de responsabilit\u00e9s&#8230;et la perte de connexion avec sa vie, sa personne, son bien-\u00eatre.<br \/>Ce que j\u2019avais vu comme \u2018LA\u2019 solution parfaite pour une \u00e9conomie positive, innovante, et performante s\u2019est petit \u00e0 petit transform\u00e9 dans ma t\u00eate comme \u2018LA\u2019 raison du mal-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s, qui pouvait amener \u00e0 se donner la mort.<\/p><p>Cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement m\u2019a donn\u00e9 la direction \u00e0 prendre, \u00e0 savoir \u0153uvrer pour la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des collaborateurs dans un monde en constant changement et aux exigences organisationnelles de plus en plus complexes et
